We will come together in a special place for our event on Saturday— deep inside the estuary, where nothing is as it seems, and anything might happen… Bodies in a sphere.

Cut off from life as it is, it’s a moment to step out. To disconnect.

Your journey here is part of the experience.

It’s time to let go…

By train

The nearest station is Stanford-le-Hope. It’s on the c2c line, leaving from Fenchurch Street Station. Make sure you catch a train via Grays (not via Basildon).

From the station, it’s a 35-minute walk to the bench:

By car

For general directions, feed your navigation with Stanford-le-Hope. From London/Kent, the A13 will take you out here.

More specifically: Thameside Nature Discovery Park

Even more specifically: Cottage Car Park for Thameside Nature Discovery Park

Coming out of Stanford-le-Hope and driving towards the park, you will come off Butts Lane, and cross the railway tracks. The lane winds itself through the tinest hamlet, before you will see the Cottage Car Park on the right.

Here’s the Cottage Car Park as you approach…

In the back corner of the car park, a path begins…

Cross through both gates…

And keep following the path. Soon, the Golden Gates Lake and the bench will appear…
